Garment on Hanger Transport
The Fashion and Laundry industry have huge benefits for transporting garment on hanger (GOH). GOH transport has several benefits over traditional methods, including improved efficiency, reduced handling and better protection for the clothing items.
Panel and Rail Solutions
Garment on hanger transport is a method of transporting clothing items on hangers, rather than being folded or packed into boxes. This method of transport is especially useful for high-value, delicate or bulky items such as suits, dresses, and coats. During transport, the clothing items remain on hangers, and are loaded onto specially designed trailers with hanging rails.
With our Garment Panel and Rail solutions the forwarder can maximise his payload and loading area. The Garment Rails are positioned anywhere required for optimal use of space, with a maximum load capacity of 300 daN. All rails have a chrome finishing, this ensures that small metal particles cannot adhere to clothing. During transport, our clever locking system with a top rail and Velcro strip ensures that garment does not fall of.
FashionLok GTS Panels
LoadLok GTS Panels are available in many variations and are designed to meet the individual requirements of the customer. Standard GTS panels are 3mm thick anodised aluminum, 2mm thick mild steel. Pre-galvanised panels are also available. All panels can be supplied with or without kick plate and fixing holes. In addition, our CNC facility allows complete design flexibility and enables us to produce standard rectangular and shaped panels up to 1,5 meter wide with varied hole pitch and design.
Our High Density (HD GTS) panel increases the available garment rail position by some 40% compared with the standard panel. GTS Panels should be installed allowing a minimum gap of 25mm between the rear of the panel and the trailer wall to ensure easy insertion and removal of the garment rail. In combination with a decking beam, the GTS panel can also be used for second decking.

LoadLok keyhole panels are available in many variations and are designed to meet the individual requirements of the customer. Standard Keyhole panels are 3mm thick anodised aluminium. 2mm thick mild steel pre-galvanised panels are also available. In addition, our CNC facility allows complete design flexibility and enables us to produce standard rectangular and shaped panels up to 1,5 meter wide with varying hole pitch and design. Keyhole panels should be installed allowing a minimum gap of 21mm between the rear of the panel and the trailer wall to ensure easy insertion and removal of the garment rail.
